Harry Potter: yeh yeh Crazy students bare all for naked calendar to raise money for QUIDDITCH team

Harry Potter-
obsessed members of a university's quidditch
team are raising funds for new broomsticks - by
waving their wands in a naked calendar.
The Reading University scholars, who play the
game imagined by JK Rowling, bared all for the
spellbinding snaps to raise money for new equipment.

The mixed-sex team posed for a very awkward
series of pictures, using their hands and stickers
to cover themselves.
Organiser Ari, who plays as a 'beater' for the
Reading Rocs team, said the photoshoot was a
fun but very cold experience.
She said: "It was an idea that long standing
members of the team had been talking about for
years.

'' It has turned out to be the best way for us to
raise money. I'm so pleased we did it.
"There were people behind the scenes lathering on
baby oil to help us glow and some of the guys
had glitter on.
It was a lot of fun and I think that JK Rowling
would be very proud of our calendar."
Ari, 21, found that while she was apprehensive,
many of her team-mates were very eager to get
their clothes off in front of each other.
She said: "Lots of people were enthusiastically
asking if it was time to be naked.
"I wasn't hugely comfortable, but I thought it
would be very hypocritical of me to suggest it
without participating.
"It's certainly quite an interesting team to be part
of."
Selling the calendar online, the 33-strong team
often have to attend matches on trains, rather
than minibuses like other Reading University
sports teams.
Ari added: "Recently many players have had to
travel for hours on the train to get to matches,
but hopefully next year will be different.
"We've only sold seven so far, but we're hoping
that we'll sell more closer to Christmas."
