Gallant soldiers of the Nigerian
Army are continuing their
advancement towards the main camp
of the Boko Haram sect in the
dreaded Sambisa forest, as part of
efforts to finish the sect.
During the encounter, troops freed
many hostages and dislodged some
Boko Haram insurgents, who fled on
sighting them. In the process,
soldiers busted their secret tunnel.
Army sources told Daily Post that
Boko Haram men can’t escape into
towns as there are many check
points covering all Sambisa exits and
entry routes.
The tunnel were used as hideout
from air strikes.
