7 (4 males, 3 females) people were killed and
17(11 males, 6 females) left critically injured in a
crash that occurred today January 4th at the
Police Area Command junction on Shagamu-Ijebu
ode expressway. According to FRSC, two vehicles,
a Toyota Haice and a Mazda bus were involved.
The driver of one of the buses lost control as the
vehicle crossed to the other side of the carriage
way and collided with an oncoming bus. The
victims were taken to the Olabisi Onabanjo
University Teaching Hospital, Shagamu.
