Nurse bakes gory realistic cakes inspired by her day job (photos)

Katherine Dey is a baker and nurse rolled into
one. Her day job is as a nurse in the Accident
and Emergency department of a hospital in
Rochester, New York. In her spare time, she
indulges her artistic talent by replicating her day
job in cake form. The 30 year old mum of two
has an artistic background having studied art
and design graduating with a bachelor of fine
arts in illustration.
