Officials of the Lagos state Kick Against
Indiscipline KAI and RRS operatives have been
positioned by the two sides of Ikorodu road
since yesterday to arrest anyone who crosses
the busy Ikorodu road. Many of the pedestrians
say they spent as much as an hour to use the
