What? How can people be so
HEARTLESS?? According to a twitter user (Dan-
Borno), the deputy governor of Borno state,
Alhaji Usman Mamman Durkwa (pictured
above) , took the IDP workers by surprised,
during an inspection to an IDP camp in the
state, where he caught workers using grass
(weed), to make soup for refugees (imagine the
height of corruption). This is not the first time
IDP workers have been accused of such
shameless treatment against refugees. They
should be sacked and arrested.. Nonsense!!
