Chris Brown's Baby Mama Goes Off After Reports Brown Won Big In Custody Battle

Chris Brown has won big in family court regarding custody of his daughter Royalty. TMZ is reporting that a Judge ordered the mother of his child, Nia Guzman, to pay Brown back $20,000 for the lawyer fees he had given her for their custody proceedings.
Sources close to Brown told TMZ that Nia was denied all of her requests regarding custody of the pair’s two year old daughter, Royalty. Nia wanted full custody but the judge declined. In addition to full custody, Guzman was also seeking to have Brown’s visitations supervised. She requested his mother not have access to Royalty as well as force Brown to submit to drug tests. The judge maintained the joint custody order set in place in the previous hearing, which means Chris will continue to have Royalty about 2 weeks a month.
When Nia filed legal docs asking for a change in custody, the judge ordered Brown to pay her $20k so she could acquire a lawyer. However she lost in court so the judge has now ordered Guzman to pay Brown back and awarded Chris a credit towards child support.
A hearing for child support was set to take place but Guzman withdrew her petition to have the child support order modified. Nia is currently getting $2,500 a month in child support from Chris.
Nia has since responded to TMZ's report saying that she and Chris haven't been in court in over 5 months and the reports are false. "Unbeknownst to me, I will still in court," said Nia. "Our court hearings were over with well over 5 months ago, and yet you put out a one sided story that was false this morning. Why would you guys print something that was not the truth and cause it to have his deranged fans harass me incessantly? You are putting me and my family under duress and causing us unwarranted harassment and bullying."
