Many
Nigerian entertainers (music/movies/comedy) are so nicely packaged and
hyped they make the "A list" - (most sought after / highest paid / most
social media following) but are NOT "A class" in their craft, lacking
rich content, stage performance and world class delivery with the art.
Concentrating more on perception of the image rather than to deepen the craft.
While
some who are
fantastic "A class" material with the craft would not be readily
refered to as "A list" for not being obsessed with the hype game
Whose responsible for this anomaly?
Why
does it seem the average consumer cares nothing for high standards of
professionalism in entertainment? Any penalties for leaving things the
way they are ? Can you be both "A list" and "A class" ?
Enjoy the 2 part episode.
