Caitlyn Jenner joked that she was stealing the
spotlight from the Kardashians as she posed for
TIME magazine.
The former Olympian and reality star, who
revealed she was transgender earlier this year,
was shortlisted as the magazine’s Person of the
Year.
Speaking as she posed for a portrait with
photographer Sebastian Kim, Caitlyn laughed
about her new place in the spotlight.
She said: “Do you know how many boring photos
I’ve taken in my life? ‘Just stand in the
background. Don’t get in the girls’ way. Stand
waaaay in the back,'” Caitlyn said, laughing.
She then added: “Not anymore.”

Caitlyn, 66, was shortlisted for the title but
eventually lost out to German Chancellor Angela
Merkel.
Speaking about her hopes for making a different
in the transgender community, she said: “I want
to make a positive impact on this community and
on the world.
“This happens all over the world, and it’s
something almost nobody understands…. There
are so many issues for trans people.
