Troop Repels Boko Haram Attack In Gulak, Recovers Vehicles, Ammunition (Photos)

Boko Haram insurgents’ attempt to
attack the Nigerian troops location in
Gulak, Adamawa on Sunday was
repelled. The troops also killed 3
Boko Haram members, while quite
number escaped with gun shot
wounds.
Also,a Toyota Hilux, 1 PKM gun, 3
AK-47 rifles, 1 Rocket Propelled
Grenade bomb, 1 General Purpose
Machine Gun and 1 Rocket Propelled
Grenade tube were recovered from
the insurgents by gallant troops.
Other recoveries are, 3 Anti Riot
Hand Held Grenade, 4 Boxes of
7.62mm X 54mm Ammunitions, 1
Charger, 2 Packets of Artillery
Primers ,7 Boxes of 7.62mm Link, 1
GP 340 Hand Held Radio,30 Cleaning
Kits and 97 pieces of Zela fuse. One
soldier was killed when troops at
Gajigana were attacked.
