Passengers in an airplane shorcked! as snake drops out from an overhead locker

Passenger aboard a flight in Mexico were left scared after a 3ft snake appeared in an overheard locker in their plane. On sighting the reptile, passengers unbuckled their seat belts and ran in panic causing the plane to be given a priority landing. The snake was trapped with a blanket provided by the fight attendants until the plane
was successfully landed. Then animal control workers rushed into the plane and captured the reptile.
According to Mr. Medina who shared the photos online:

“It was a frightening situation ... but people remained calm because it didn’t get out of that space and nobody became hysterical. Some people got up to see what kind of reptile it was, but nobody got carried away.”

The Airline, Aeromexico have released a statement stating that they are investigating how the snake got into the cabin and would take all necessary measures to prevent such incident happening again.
