It's the week after Christmas and by now I'm sure we all know someone, who knows someone who
owns a hover board. However, while some are enjoying their new toys, others are getting themselves into
hot water. Just ask the Catholic Priest who has been suspended after riding his Hover Board during a Christmas Eve Mass
while singing Christmas carols.
After video of the incident went viral, the Diocese
of San Pablo spoke out against the unidentified
Priest's behavior. "That was wrong," the diocese
said in an online statement. "It is not a personal
celebration where one can capriciously introduce
something to get the attention of people."
While some were obviously unimpressed, those in
attendance for the Mass seemed to be wildly
amazed. In the video you can hear parishioners
applauding and cheering during the performance.
The Priest has reportedly apologized for his
behavior, saying that it was a wake-up call for
him.
